As the colours in my world fade away
I feel the pain
As it travels through my veins
It leaves its mark behind
Time slips through my fingers
Like tiny grains of sand
Like the ocean that goes on without me
Never stopping always flowing
As the rain starts pouring down the windows of my life
My sorrows start to surface
Forming puddles of problems
That never seems to run dry
Did I go wrong?
I feel the darkness setting in
Causing my world to crumble and become
smaller and smaller
Now more than ever
It feels hard to think about what tomorrow will bring
When today itself seems so distant
I pay slumber a visit all the time
When my thoughts seem to rip me apart
I cant help feeling indifferent while my world falls apart
Because sorrow is what Im feeling
Sorrow
Its when colours in your world start to fade away
And you feel pain
